Ja’Cordia Hill is a Louisiana native but has resided in Texas for over ten years. She has received her Bachelors and Masters of Science from Texas A&M University Commerce, where she studied Social Work. After graduating, Ja’Cordia moved back to Louisiana and worked for an up-and-coming nonprofit. Ja’Cordia’s other experiences include working at a foster agency, probation office, and mentoring underprivileged high schoolers in the Baton Rouge area. Ja’Cordia is currently working on obtaining her Clinical Social Work license, which will allow her to serve her community in added ways.
Ja’Cordia decided to pursue employment at Salience Health because of its mission and purpose: to make sure every patient gets our full attention. Ja’Cordia knew this would be a great environment to grow in because it matches her mission and commitment to the field. She believes in enhancing the well-being of each patient and assisting them with meeting their mental health needs.
Ja’Cordia can be seen skating, bike riding, or on a pageant stage in her free time. Ja’Cordia also enjoys spending quality time with her partner and other loved ones. In addition, she runs a social media mental health page and actively participates in her church student department.
