**Pursuing ANCC Fellowship Accreditation with distinction status**

Salience Health is a multispecialty, outpatient clinic focused on providing collaborative care. Our goal is to help all patients reach functional remission and improve overall health outcomes. We believe mental and physical wellness are only achieved when treating patients holistically. The status quo of the healthcare system does not work for patients, so we have changed the way we treat patients and deliver care.

APP Fellowship Program

The Salience Health Fellowship is a 12-month, structured curriculum model with 80% experiential and 20% didactic learning activities. The Fellowship includes introductory orientation activities, team-based learning, longitudinal core competencies, hands on training, and rotations for observation of the integrated care model unique to Salience Health. This intensive training program will prepare APPs with advanced skills in the management of psychiatric patients.

Clinical rotations will be within the Salience Health network. Didactic training includes academic/learning activities, training classes, team-based discussion, and pre/post-clinical conferences for experiential learning and formative/summative evaluations.

Fellows will participate in an interprofessional learning environment with psychiatry, therapy, nursing, primary care, neurology, and other interdisciplinary health care team members. Additionally, fellows will implement an evidence-based practice scholarly project and participate in professional development activities geared to career advancement, networking, and building relationships within an integrative healthcare community.
