Dr. Saira Dar, M.D.

Optimizing Health at Every Age

Dr. Dar completed her medical education and residency at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 2005. Afterward, while in private practice in Kokomo, Indiana, she managed several nursing homes and founded Kokomo’s first opioid dependency treatment program. Upon moving to Texas in 2008, Dr. Dar joined the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. After completing a fellowship in academic medicine, Dr. Dar began a dual career in academics and clinical practice in 2010. She designed, developed, and implemented clinical courses at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and presented at national and international conferences on behalf of TCOM.

Dr. Dar has continued her academic pursuits. She completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 2015, and a Master of Education in the Health Professions at Johns Hopkins University in 2018.

Dr. Dar recently completed fellowship training in anti-aging and integrative medicine and obtained certificates in personalized and genomic medicine. Her passion is to provide care based on the principles of personalized and integrative medicine and improved longevity. She focuses on medicine, nutrition, and genomics to cater to each patient’s needs, customizing care plans one patient at a time.
