Rosie was born and raised in California and entered the medical field as a CNA at 18. Rosie started working with long-term care patients for six years as LVN. With a passion for helping people, Rosie went back to school for her Bachelor’s in Nursing. After finishing school, she worked at Methodist Hospital on an Orthopedic/Oncology unit and Parkland Hospital on their Medical-Surgical unit. Before joining Smart Health & Wellness, she worked at an Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic in North Texas.

Rosie’s care philosophy/ approach to mental health is treating her patients as a whole person. Her goal is to provide the best care to her patients to function well physically and mentally.

When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and twin boys. In addition, she loves traveling, shopping, walking, and listening to Punjabi music.
