Compassionate Approach to Patient Care
Marlee Goppert, PA-C, brings a compassionate, relationship-centered approach to patient care at Salience Health. She believes every individual deserves to feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for, and is committed to fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel safe sharing their experiences and confident that their concerns will be met with empathy, respect, and understanding.
Marlee is passionate about building meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients by taking the time to understand their unique stories, challenges, and goals. She recognizes that no two mental health journeys are the same, which is why she prioritizes individualized care that goes beyond symptom management. Through open communication, collaboration, and patient education, she empowers patients to take an active role in their treatment while helping them develop the tools and resilience needed for long-term wellness.
She believes that seeking mental health care is one of the most courageous steps a person can take. Whether someone is navigating a new diagnosis, managing ongoing challenges, or simply looking for additional support, Marlee strives to meet each patient with compassion and encouragement. Her goal is to help patients build a strong foundation for healing while reminding them that difficult seasons are temporary and that growth, healing, and positive change are always possible.
Marlee's dedication to serving others extends beyond the clinic through her volunteer work with Genesis Women's Shelter in Dallas, where she supports individuals navigating vulnerable and difficult circumstances with compassion, dignity, and respect. This commitment to caring for others reflects the same values she brings to every patient interaction at Salience Health.
Outside of work, Marlee enjoys reading, watching films, taking walks, crocheting, and spending time with her cat. She values these quiet, creative moments as a way to recharge so she can continue bringing empathy, presence, and compassion to the patients she serves every day.
