Jason Conn, D.O.

Jason Conn, D.O., was born in Portland, Oregon, and lived in several cities in both Oregon and Washington State before moving to Dallas in 1982. He grew up in the South Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas and graduated from The High School of Health Professions in 1990. Dr. Conn continued his education at Baylor University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He completed his medical studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, graduating in 2000. He is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Plaza Medical Center, Fort Worth, in 2003.

Dr. Conn then joined the medical staff of CareNow, serving as Associate Medical Director at the Carrollton facility for five years. In 2008, Dr. Conn was named Medical Director of the Denton facility and served for eight years, caring for patients of all ages with acute and chronic health conditions. In the summer of 2016, Dr. Conn joined the Health Care Associates of Texas staff as a primary care physician, providing internal medicine and family practice care to patients, including children over six months old, teenagers, adults, and seniors. He joined Salience Health in the summer of 2019.
