Dr. Pole's academic journey spans continents, with a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery from Karnatak Medical College in India, followed by specialization in Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Her credentials include Diplomate status from the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in both General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.

Throughout her career, Dr. Pole has held various esteemed positions, including serving as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and as the Medical Director of Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services at prestigious institutions in Dallas, Texas. Prior to her current role at Salience Health, she maintained a thriving private practice for over two decades.

Dr. Pole's contributions to the field of psychiatry extend beyond her clinical practice. She has received recognition for her expertise in areas such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Her research on childhood depression was funded by the National Institute of Mental Health, and she has presented her findings at international conferences and published in reputable journals.
