Anusha Mithani, PA-C, is dedicated to helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their mental health through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. She believes that healing begins with feeling heard, respected, and understood, and she is committed to building trusting relationships that empower patients to actively participate in their treatment. By combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion, Anusha strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and confident in their path toward wellness.

Throughout her career, Anusha has developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care across a variety of healthcare settings. Prior to joining Salience Health, she served as a Certified Physician Assistant and Clinic Director at Flow Therapy, where she provided comprehensive care while leading clinical operations and fostering a collaborative care environment. She also practiced as a Certified Physician Assistant with Texas Digestive Disease Consultants, further strengthening her diagnostic skills and deepening her appreciation for the connection between physical and mental health. These experiences have equipped her with a well-rounded perspective that allows her to care for patients with empathy, precision, and a holistic mindset.

At Salience Health, Anusha brings a collaborative, team-based approach that prioritizes each patient's individual needs, goals, and life experiences. She understands that no two mental health journeys are the same and believes treatment should be personalized to reflect each person's unique circumstances. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, cooking and trying new recipes, and staying active by playing pickleball. Her passion for lifelong learning, service, and whole-person care reflects the same dedication she brings to every patient she serves at Salience Health.
