Dr. Suchakree “Po” Sanguansataya is a board-certified psychiatrist at our Frisco location, where he is dedicated to helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting healing through compassionate, evidence-based care. Born in San Francisco, Dr. Po believes that true recovery begins with trust built over time through active listening, understanding each patient’s story, and guiding them toward resilience and growth.

With specialized expertise in depression, anxiety, sports psychiatry, and Asian psychiatry, Dr. Po brings a unique, culturally informed approach to care. Fluent in Thai, he creates a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients from diverse backgrounds. His clinical philosophy is rooted in collaboration working alongside each patient to develop treatment plans that honor both science and the human experience.

Dr. Po’s professional journey has been marked by excellence and leadership. He received multiple Tufts University School of Medicine Excellence in Teaching Awards in both Physical Diagnosis and Psychiatry Clerkship, was recognized as Intern of the Year, and served as Chief Resident of Outpatient Psychiatry.
