Beyond her professional role, Ricki has been actively involved in her community through organizations like the UT Dallas Pre-Physician Assistant Society, Delta Zeta, and PediPlace. Her commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by her membership in the Pi Alpha National Physician Assistant Honor Society and recognition as a National Medical Fellowship Primary Care Leadership Program Scholar. In Fall 2022, her LGBTQA Mental Health Narrative Medicine Piece was featured at the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) Forum, underscoring her dedication to inclusive and compassionate care.

Ricki's interests outside of work include pickleball, yoga, weight training, video games, reading, crocheting, singing, and traveling, all of which contribute to her well-rounded approach to life and patient care. At Salience Health, she will use her expertise to create a supportive and collaborative environment, ensuring that each patient receives the comprehensive care they need to thrive.
