Avedon Elliott, LPC, NCC is passionate about helping individuals feel empowered, understood, and supported as they navigate life's challenges. At Salience Health, she creates a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients can safely explore their experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and build the skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

Avedon believes that every person deserves to be seen beyond their symptoms or circumstances. She approaches therapy with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity, partnering with each patient to identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and reconnect with the version of themselves they want to become. Her goal is to help patients not only find relief from emotional distress but also build resilience and confidence that extends well beyond the therapy room.

Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and a humanistic approach, Avedon tailors treatment to each individual's unique needs, values, and goals. She believes that healing happens through trust and collaboration, empowering patients to take an active role in their care while providing the guidance and support they need every step of the way.

With more than 10 years of counseling experience and designation as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Avedon brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to Salience Health. She is committed to helping every patient feel heard, respected, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life's challenges and achieve lasting emotional wellness.

Outside of work, Avedon enjoys exploring new restaurants and discovering unique culinary experiences throughout the city.
