Kavita Hamilton, LPC

Kavita Hamilton, LPC is passionate about walking alongside the broken-hearted, with compassion and empathy, guiding them to finding their healing journey. Kavita has gained experience working in a women’s residential treatment facility and adult crisis unit, doing individual and group therapy. In addition, she completed assessments with teens, and counseled individuals and couples in a private practice setting. She also worked with a managed care provider, as a Behavioral Health Utilization Manager, for inpatient and outpatient services and then transitioned into the Denials and Appeals team as a Denial Clinician. Before entering the counseling field, she was an accountant in the corporate world.

Beyond her professional work, Kavita enjoys spending time participating in her local church activities. Some of her other interests include: baking, watching movies and basketball, traveling, learning about various cultures and religions, growing in her spiritual walk, and spending quality time with family and friends.
