Family Physicians for all ages
You never outgrow a family physician. From routine physicals to health screenings, and in times of illness or injury, your family physician is the key to your family’s wellness. That’s why our collaborative care team includes family medicine and internal medicine providers who work alongside of our psychiatrists-- all under the same roof.
We recognize that a patient's physical problems can often impact their behavioral health, and vice versa. Our family medicine physicians (FMP) are trained to handle both. Take, for instance, a patient who may have diabetes who might struggle with depression. By treating the diabetes and depression together, we find we can achieve the best possible results.
Because our providers work together under one roof, our FMPs and our psychiatric team are able to collaborate and treat those medical problems together with the patients behavioral challenges. Together, the FMP and the psychiatrist effectively treat and rule out diseases that could be impacting the patient's behavioral health.
Our FMPs are fully trained to treat all your family members, regardless of age. These experienced general practitioners serve as patient care directors within our practice, and seamlessly coordinate with specialists as needed to provide complete care. Your FMP will monitor the assessment, prevention, and treatment of non-acute illness, and be a resource for your total health.
Our internists also serve as PCPs for patients aged 18 years and over and specialize in the management of chronic disease. Utilizing the latest technology and research, combined with a thorough understanding of each patient’s medical history, health concerns and wellness goals, our internists are focused on diagnosing and treating patients. Working hand in hand with our psychiatric team for the best possible outcomes.
