We are excited to share some important news that will enhance your experience at Salience Health. Starting September 19th we will transform our healthcare services with the implementation of Athena Health, our new EMR/EHR (Electronic Medical Records/Electronic Health Records) management system. The Athena Health system represents a significant leap forward in our ability to provide you with exceptional patient care. While we are excited about the positive changes this new EMR system will bring, we understand that transitions can come with challenges.

We believe these changes, in addition to other system changes we have made, will greatly benefit you in many ways:

  • New Patient Portal: We will be launching a brand-new Patient Portal, providing you with easy access to your appointment schedule, personal health records, insurance, billing information, lab results, and communication with your care team. However, you will continue to receive an email or text for your patient forms.
  • Intake Process Improvements: Our new system will streamline the intake process so you can spend less time on paperwork and more time with your healthcare provider.

With these improvements, our healthcare providers will have more time to focus on you during each interaction, ensuring a more personalized and attentive experience.

Please note that our new Patient Portal login will be available in the same location on our website where you currently access the patient portal. In the meantime, if you have any questions, concerns, or issues, we encourage you to contact our office directly.

During the initial weeks of implementation, you may encounter some delays in appointments, scheduling, and billing communications as we adapt to the Athena Health system. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and ask for your understanding and patience as we navigate this learning curve together.

Please note that if you have an appointment during the week of September 18th, there is a chance for challenges with our new systems and we sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
