Madison Roof, LMSW

Madison Roof is the Acting Clinical Therapist Manager at Salience Health. Madison graduated from the University of Arkansas with her Bachelor of Social Work in 2017 and pursued her Master of Social Work specializing with children, adolescents, and families at the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2019. She obtained her licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in October 2021 and is in the process of getting her clinical hours in hopes of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Madison has a demonstrated history of working in the hospitals & health care industry, mental health, trauma, addictions, homelessness, and childcare education. She has experience working with all age groups and currently works with individuals ranging from ages 13 to older adulthood. Madison believes in a holistic approach towards mental health treatment to ensure that treatment plans are being addressed from every aspect including mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellness. Madison hopes to create a safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings while empowering you to create change, gain insight and aiming to cultivate self-regulation and coping skills that can enhance your daily lives.

Madison joined the Salience Health team in 2020 because of the integrated collaborative care model and their dedication to achieving the best treatment outcome for their patients. In addition, Madison has experience with volunteering, working, and living abroad, which deepened her love and passion for multi-cultural appreciation. She enjoys yoga, meditation, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her dog & family in her free time.
