Dr. Madeline Andrew is a native Texan, born in the panhandle and raised in the Houston area. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Monmouth University with a double major in Psychology and Social Work. After graduating, she attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Next, she completed her general medical internship and psychiatry residency at the University of Los Angeles, serving as Chief Resident. After residency, she completed a Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship at Case Western Reserve.
After training, she joined the faculty at Northwestern University, where she held Director of Emergency Psychiatry and Director of Psychiatry and Law positions. She has also been a volunteer on the clinical faculty at the University of California-Davis.
Dr. Andrew currently has board certifications from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Adult Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, the American Board of Preventive Medicine, and Forensic Psychiatry. In addition, she is a member of the Texas Medical Association, The American Psychiatric Association, and the Texas Society of Psychiatric Physicians.

She lives with her husband in McKinney, Texas, and enjoys golfing, biking, and spending family time with their three adult children and two grandchildren.
